Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer calls and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner
Providing accurate and up-to-date information about bank products and services
Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary
Inputting customer information into the bank's systems and maintaining accurate records
Identifying potential sales opportunities and cross-selling bank products and services to customers
Undergoing training on customer service best practices and bank policies and regulations (for freshers)
Shadowing and assisting more experienced Phone Banking Officers to gain practical experience (for freshers)
Adhering to bank policies and regulations at all times
Provide guidance and support to freshers on the team
