Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Phone Banking Officer to join our team.
In this role, you will provide financial guidance and sell insurance products and mutual funds to clients based on their individual financial goals and needs. You will build long-term relationships with clients, by providing timely post sales service & support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Reach out to leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling to expand client base.
• Educate clients on various insurance and mutual funds products by upselling to help them make informed decisions.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to clients' needs and objectives.
• Assist customers with product information and account management.
• Prepare sales presentations effectively to close sales and meet revenue goals.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively and efficiently.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as an Insurance/Mutual Funds Representative or Inside sales role in the financial services industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance & mutual funds products.
• Excellent communication skills along with strong customer service & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to analyze complex financial information and explain it in a clear and understandable manner.
• Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
