Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Phone Banking Officer located in Chennai. The Phone Banking Officer will be responsible for providing customer service, communication, customer support, sales, and phone banking. The primary responsibilities will include answering calls from customers, resolving their queries, processing transactions, and maintaining customer relationships.
Qualifications
• Phone Banking and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Support skills
• Ability to achieve Sales targets and meet Quality metrics
• Good listening and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with banking products and services
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
