The Relationship Officer is a customer-facing role, engages in life insurance sales using the leads provided by the Banks branch.

Responsibilities:

1) Achieve Sales Targets (Premium & Revenue) to contribute to the company-level growth target.

2) Develop and strengthen relationships with the Banks branch team.

3) Prospecting and engaging with the walk-in customers in the branch and doing a quick need analysis’.

4) Engage to improve customer awareness about Life products and improve target penetration within the branch’s customer base.

5) Ensure seamless delivery and adherence to sales processes.

Requirements:

• Graduates and above
• Motivated to learn about Life Insurance products.
• Interest in relationship building, and good communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in English apart from one other local language
