Recently, we have an urgent opening for Phone Banking Officer at Gurugram, Haryana.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:-
Solving the customer queries via calls and emails.
To cross- selling and upselling of Banking products.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Candidates should be Graduate.
Candidates should be good communication skills in written and verbal English.
Candidates should have at least one year similar kind of BPO work experience.
Candidates should be agree to work on third party payroll job.
Candidates should be agree to work on rotational night shifts.
Salary Package:-
For Fresher Candidates = Rs. 16,800 per month net salary.
For Similar Work Experience Candidates = 15% on last Gross Salary per month (Net Salary).
