Job Responsiblities :
Manage large amount of outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow Communication Scripts while handling customers \
Ensure Daily productivity is met
Identify Customers needs, Clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions
Inform Customer by explaining procedures, answering questions providing information
Updates Job knowledge by studying new product description
Coordinating with different department for Customer Resolution on paying

Resolution of assigned CRM cases within TATs
Other Duties as assigned
