Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Photo Editor with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion photography editing, specifically for catalogue shoots. As a Photo Editor at TIGC, you will play a crucial role in enhancing product images to create visually appealing content for our
e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
● Image Editing: Retouch and enhance images from catalogue shoots, focusing on color correction, exposure, and detail enhancement.
● Consistency & Quality: Ensure all edited images maintain brand consistency and meet high-quality standards.
● Background Removal & Cleanup: Perform tasks such as background removal, image clipping, and refining product visuals.
● Color Grading: Apply appropriate color grading techniques to match the brand's aesthetic and product presentation standards.
● Detail Enhancement: Highlight fabric textures, colors, and design elements through advanced editing techniques.
● Batch Processing: Efficiently manage and process large batches of images to meet project deadlines.
● Collaboration: Work closely with photographers, stylists, and the creative team to align on visual expectations and project goals.
● Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest photo editing trends, software updates, and tools to bring fresh ideas to the table.
Requirements:
● Experience: 2-4 years of experience in photo editing, specifically for fashion or product catalogue shoots.
● Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other photo editing software. Knowledge of Capture One is a plus.
● Attention to Detail: Strong ability to focus on fine details, ensuring each image meets the brand’s visual guidelines.
● Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics, color harmony, and design.
● Portfolio: A solid portfolio demonstrating expertise in fashion or product photography editing.
● Time Management: Ability to handle tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
● Team Player: Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work seamlessly within the creative team.
● Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and creative directions.
