Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Capture high-quality images for weddings, maternity, newborn, and commercial projects
2. Apply composition rules (rule of thirds, symmetry, leading lines) to create visually balanced shots
3. Maintain color accuracy, lighting balance, and sharpness in every shot
4. Operate DSLR/Mirrorless cameras using manual settings (ISO, shutter speed, aperture)
5. Work with natural and artificial lighting setups (flash, softboxes, reflectors)
6. Adjust camera settings based on indoor, outdoor, and low-light conditions
7. Direct and pose subjects to achieve natural, emotional, and engaging shots
8. Capture candid moments, emotions, and unique perspectives
+. Ensure a smooth client experience by making them comfortable during shoots
10. Perform basic culling and selection of the best images from a shoot
11. Collaborate with the photo editing team to ensure consistency in style and quality
12. Provide input on color grading, retouching, and final image selection
13. Work closely with videographers, editors, and creative directors for seamless execution
14. Follow shoot schedules, maintain equipment, and ensure timely delivery of photos
15. Stay updated on industry trends, new photography techniques, and equipment advancements
16. Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content for Instagram and marketing purposes
17. Adapt photography styles to match social media aesthetics and trendy photography styles

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
