Responsibilities
Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots across various settings, ensuring high-quality results aligned with brand standards
Operate professional camera equipment for filming and photography sessions, capturing moments with precision and creativity
Edit and enhance photos using tools like Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Photo Manipulation techniques to achieve desired aesthetics
Edit videos utilizing Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other post-production software to create polished content suitable for multiple platforms
Manage color correction and color management processes to ensure consistency across all visual media
Collaborate with the creative team on art direction to develop concepts that effectively communicate our message
Maintain organized archives of all media files and ensure timely delivery of projects for social media management and marketing campaigns
Skills
Proficiency in photography techniques, photo editing, photo manipulation, and art direction
Strong videography skills including filming, video production, and post-production editing
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, as well as Capture One and Final Cut Pro
Knowledge of color theory and color management to produce visually appealing content with accurate color reproduction
Experience in social media management to tailor content for various digital platforms
Excellent storytelling ability through both images and videos that engage audiences effectively
Strong understanding of journalism principles to craft authentic narratives through visual media
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
