Role Description
This is a contract role for a Photography Teacher based in Carmel Valley, CA. The Photography Teacher will be responsible for teaching basic photography concepts, conducting image editing, and instructing students in digital photography techniques on-site. This opportunity is for a single photography class for middle school students (6 students). The class is offered Tuesdays/Thursdays/Alternating Fridays from 12:30-2:00 commencing on Tuesday, January 7. This position is an in-person (not virtual) contracted teaching position which will end on Thursday, May 2+.
Qualifications
• Teaching and Photography skills
• Experience in Image Editing and Lighting
• Knowledge of Digital Photography
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and inspire students
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, Education, or knowledge through experience.
