Job Title: Photoshop Artist

DM Hashtag Studios is a creative agency based in Pune, Maharashtra. We specialize in real estate marketing solutions and focus on producing high-quality 3D visualizations and compelling visual narratives.
Responsibilities:
• Work on photo manipulation, retouching, and creative design using Adobe Photoshop.
• Edit films, walkthroughs, and project videos using Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects.
• Enhance visuals through color grading, transitions, and cinematic treatments.
• Create seamless compositions and VFX shots using Nuke & After Effects.
• Collaborate with creative directors & 3D artists to deliver visually compelling storytelling.
• Bring a sharp eye for detail, rhythm, and visual aesthetics to every project.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in fine arts (BFA) or Foundation Course, equivalent Diploma in Multimedia/Design/Animation
• Relevant work experience in architectural visualization, films, advertising, or VFX
Preferred Skills:
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Nuke
• Photography and drone shoot experience will be an added advantage
• Additional knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Lightroom, etc.) is preferred
• A keen sense of color grading, composition, and cinematic visual style
• Solid understanding of motion graphics, VFX, and compositing workflows
• Creative storytelling ability through editing, pacing, and visual design
