Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced PHP CodeIgniter Developer with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team in Mumbai-BKC. The ideal candidate will be proficient in PHP with specific expertise in CodeIgniter (CI) versions 2 and 3, along with strong skills in jQuery. This role requires a developer who is adept at building and maintaining robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Development:**

- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter (CI) versions 2 and 3.

- Implement front-end functionality using jQuery, ensuring responsive and interactive user experiences.

- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices.

- **Optimization:**

- Optimize application performance by implementing caching, load balancing, and other best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure the smooth functioning of applications.

- **Collaboration:**

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers and other developers, to deliver high-quality projects on time.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- **Must-Have:**

- Strong proficiency in PHP with a minimum of 4 years of experience.

- Hands-on experience with CodeIgniter (CI) versions 2 and 3.

- Expertise in jQuery is non-negotiable.

- Solid understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.

- **Good to Have:**

- Familiarity with version control tools like Git.

- Experience with API development and integration.

- Knowledge of modern web development practices and frameworks.

Additional Information:

- **Educational Qualification:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
