Job Description
Role and Responsibility:
• Mentor and lead a team of developers.
• Take up system analysis, design, and documenting responsibilities and get it done in time. He/ she should be able to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects.
• He/She will / can be involved in coding activities besides the team management role. All necessary support will be provided for the smooth execution of projects. He/she will keep track and review on existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects.
• Should be efficient enough to utilize the resources available to him/her.
• Analyze project/module requirements and prepare the scope of work and time frame accordingly.
• Can handle and plan project milestones and deadlines.
• Should be able to interact with clients during the entire project development life cycle.
• Must be able to advise ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications.
Experience Required:
• Strong experience in PHP, PHP7, PHP8 and above with Laravel, MEAN Stack and OOPs.
• Strong experience in PHP Framework like Laravel
• Sound understanding of AJAX, JQuery, HTML5, Javascript, ES6, MEAN Stack and CSS, CSS3.
• Experience of designing, developing and deploying architectures and infrastructure for web and mobile applications of different technologies.
• Strong background of MySQL.
• Software requirements, teamwork, and strong consulting skills.
• Experience in communicating effectively with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, and describe software product features, and technical designs.
• Working experience in Web services / API, REST API, Mobile APP API, XML, SOAP.
• Other API like Google API, Facebook API, Payment Gateways, Paypal, and Indian Payment Gateways.
• Evaluates system specifications for business requirements.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Working experience in e-commerce, banking/ finance projects.
• Additional knowledge/experience in ReactJs/Angular/NodeJs will be preferred.
• Must be an out-of-the-box thinker.
