Job Description
The ideal candidate will be a self starter with a high focus on writing clean and efficient code. You will be responsible for improving the code-base of the company's products in meaningful ways. They should also be experienced in contributing to the whole software design lifecycle. Candidate should be willing to take lead in defining the architectural direction of the product.
Responsibilities
1. Integration of user-facing elements
2. Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules
3. Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
4. Building & Managing RESTful APIs to connect with the Mobile App & other third party systems
5. Integrating Third Party APIs to sync in Customer Data
Skills And Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Laravel & Mongo Database
Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP
Understanding of MVC design patterns
Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions
Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Familiarity with MongoDB Sharding & Replica Sets
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as SVN or Git
