Responsibilities
Designing and developing web applications:
You will be responsible for designing and implementing complex web applications using PHP and related technologies. This includes writing efficient, secure, and scalable code that adheres to best practices.
Project management:
You may be responsible for managing development projects, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring timely delivery. This includes collaborating with other team members, stakeholders, and project managers to define project requirements and goals.
Code reviews and quality assurance:
You will review code written by other developers, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement. This helps maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to established coding standards. You may also be responsible for conducting quality assurance testing to identify and fix bugs and ensure overall system stability.
Performance optimization:
It's crucial to optimize the performance of web applications to ensure they can handle high traffic and deliver a fast user experience. As a PHP developer, you will be responsible for identifying performance bottlenecks, optimizing database queries, implementing caching mechanisms, and fine-tuning the application's overall performance.
Collaboration and communication:
You will collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Effective communication skills are essential for coordinating with team members, providing updates on project status, and resolving any issues that may arise during development.
Research and staying updated: Keeping up with the latest trends, frameworks, and best practices in PHP development is important. You should continuously expand your knowledge and skills by researching new technologies, attending conferences or workshops, and sharing your expertise with the team.
Deployment:
As a PHP developer, it will be your duty to ensure codes are updated with relevant clients.
Database Backups: To Ensure backup policy is in effect it will be your purview.
Academic Qualifications
Bachelors in Computer Science (Preferred) /
B tech. in software Engineering or
MCA
Knowledge / Skills
Extensive Knowledge in software development and coding in Core PHP
Working Knowledge of Ajax, jQuery, JSON and MySQL, JavaScript, CSS & HTML
Good knowledge of Third-Party APIs and Wallets integrations
Good knowledge of Databases Mysqli (PDO), SQL, MariaDB, InnoDb
Hands-on experience on AWS Servers / GIT / Version Control Softwares
Knowledge on Best Code Practices on cybersecurity. Capabilities
Excellent Communication skills.
Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
Project Management skills.
Strong organizational skills
Ability to follow procedures.
Interpersonal skills
