- Maintaining and designing databases effectively.

- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Write quality code with robustness and re-usability for secured web applications and web services
(REST and SOAP) for mobile apps.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well should be able to manage a team.
- Must meet the deadline.
