???? We're Hiring: PHP Laravel Backend Developer (Hybrid | Internship-to-Hire) ????
Ready to build something real?
We're looking for a kickass PHP Laravel Backend Developer to join our fast-growing team. This isn’t just another side project — we're building something with serious potential, and we need someone who knows how to make things work.
???? What you'll be doing:
Building and scaling real backend features using Laravel
Working directly with a small, fast-moving team
Writing clean, maintainable code with an eye on performance
Getting your hands dirty with APIs, integrations, and deployment logic
Helping us shape the architecture of a live, user-facing product
???? You should have:
Strong experience with PHP + Laravel
Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), and auth systems
Ability to write clean code and think through backend architecture
Bonus: experience with Redis, queues, or AWS
⚡ The deal:
Hybrid role – flexible hours, with occasional in-person syncs (if you're based in Mumbai)
Mostly unpaid for the first month (transparency matters)
BUT: you’ll be working on actual core product, not dummy intern tasks
Strong performance = priority for a paid role + core team consideration
This is a chance to get in early on something that’s growing fast — and build the kind of portfolio piece most devs dream about.
