Main missions
• Manage projects related to the D4C Core component, driving a team of developer and testers, internally or from remote.
• Follow planning and steps with the D4C R&D Manager, checking the priorities set by the Product Manager.
• Understand the software architecture to help the team with their technical choices.
Assignment
• Hands on experience of atlest 7 years in development (PHP , related to D4C LIS Tech Stack)
• Project Management
• Manage D4C Core projects through all developments steps, from conception to production.
• Follow project planning, checking resources availabilities and priorities.
• Ensure efficient communication with the R&D and Product Managers, to anticipate drifts as much as possible.
• Team Leadership
• Drive a team of 3 to 6 developers, functional analysts and testers, following SCRUM agile methods.
• Ensure the team understands the needs and is able to work efficiently.
• Assist the team members on their everyday work.
• Follow and check the work done.
• Validation
• Ensure the Quality Assurance process is applied throughout the sprints.
• Assist QA team with the Verification & Validation procedure.
• Help the Transition Managers and Functional Analysis maturing the solution, during the adoption phase of new markets.
Qualifications
• Willing to become an R&D Project Manager in IVD domain.
• Willing to learn new software and architecture, especially D4C Core.
• Willing to be part of the new D4C solution setup and internationalization.
• Ability to conceptualize long term solutions with strong constraints.
• Ability to communicate efficiently, initiative spirit.
• Willing to find solution on technical issues.
Constraints
• Experience in Team Leadership strongly recommended.
• Web development capability strongly recommended.
• Agile methods knowledge required.
• Docker technology fluency is an asset.
• English speaking and writing required.
• French or Italian speaking and writing is an asset.
• Some very occasional business trips
