Job Title: PHP SKILL MANAGER
Exp: ++ Years
Job Location: Mumbai/Kolkata (WFH)
Job Responsibilities:
• Must have managed LAMP (Linux Apache, MySQL, and PHP) stack projects delivery e2e.
• Must have experience in Architecting and designing PHP based applications.
• Must have experience in working on Laravel and CodeIgniter
• Must have PHP resource hiring, mentoring, training experience.
• Capable to define the competency improvement plan for PHP associates
• Should have hands on experience on cloud computing platforms like AWS/GCP
• Point of Technical Escalation, Resolution and Troubleshooting
• Monitor to review projects as per project acceptance criteria with respect to technical standards, guidelines, metrics, architectures, and best practices.
• Mentoring & leading the project technical design sessions with the development teams, tocreate detailed design specifications for reusable components, sequence diagrams,component models, etc., and ensuring that architecture standards are followed.
• Nice to have exposure of information security practices
• Nice to have Microservice development
