Role- Web Developer (PHP & Wordpress)
Location- Jaipur Office
Experience- Min 3+ years
ROLE:
We are looking for a experience Web Developer with strong programming experience to build and deliver web application projects at Blupord. As part of this job, you will be responsible for assessing the client requirements, suggesting suitable solutions and implementation in web application domain. You will be working closely with the internal stakeholders and client team in delivering the projects. The ideal candidate should have client focus and passion to build best in class applications with an eye for clean design, possess excellent coding skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into intuitive and functional modules. The candidate must also possess excellent analytical skills to be able to trouble shoot issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develops software solutions by gathering information required, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes
2 Provides reliable solutions to a variety of problems using sound problem solving techniques
3. Performs technical root cause analysis and outlines corrective action plan for given problems
4. Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
5. Write and execute unit tests for all components of application
6. Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion
7. Support in deployment of components on Dev, UAT and Production servers
8. Support other technical infrastructure (e.g. Repository, build system, testing system) under guidance from the Leads

DESIRED EXPERIENCE
1. Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in developing web applications
2. Should possess fundamental understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design patterns, REST API
3. Should have experience developing custom plugins & themes in WordPress
4. Should have experience working on WordPress paid themes
5. Should have working knowledge of version controls and deployment – git/SVN/bitbucket etc
6. Good to have knowledge on SEO and working experience on audit implementation off-page & tech SEO recommendations
7. Experienced in Software Development Process and Software Development Fundamentals
DESIRED SKILLS
1. Mandatory Skills: PHP, WordPress, Javascript, MySQL
2. Should have working knowledge on HTML5 & CSS3
3. Candidate must possess good written and oral communication skills
4. Dedicated, Hardworking, and person who lives up to his commitment
5. Ability to multi-task under pressure and work with the team and independently with minimal supervision
6. Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions.
DESIRED QUALIFICATION
1. B.E/B.Tech or M.Tech
2. CS, CS-IT is an added advantage
