Wordpress Developer/Designer
Location : Bengaluru

Role Overview : We are seeking a dedicated WordPress Developer to join the Growth team. You will design the website and develop responsive web pages. You will also be responsible for regular maintenance & upgradation of the UI/UX of the company website.

Objectives Of This Role
• Bringing new changes to the website and enhancing our existing Web properties.
• Create and maintain responsive web pages; optimize for better speed and experience.
• Work on designing digital and print content for various campaigns on email, social media etc. (preferred)
Key Responsibilities : The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following :
• Development and maintenance of the website with content and feature updates.
• Designing and implementing new features and functionality on the website.
• Make sure the website is responsive and easy to navigate; increase website health and reduce errors
• Website optimization to ensure better page loading speed
• Cross browser testing for better visitor experience on different browsers and devices
• Integration of web forms with CRM to ensure all leads are captured
• Design better user experience to reduce bounce on the website
Key Skills
• Proven work experience as a WordPress developer.
• Deep understanding of the WordPress Core and libraries
• Hands on experience in WordPress plugins, their development and customization
• Knowledge and proven experience in PHP language is must
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and MySQL database is preferred
• Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug
• Experience in creating designs and visuals for both digital and print media will be an added plus.
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in any domain
• 2+ years of proven work experience as a WordPress Developer
• High level of proficiency in WordPress (must have), Adobe (or equivalent tools)
• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Photoshop is preferred
