The Engineering team is responsible for all development activities that happen at Commusoft. What you’ll do:
• You will be responsible for the design and implementation of new features and consider performance and scalability
• You will debug existing code to resolve any maintenance issues that come through the support teams,
• You will be writing API calls which work with mobiles as well as with external clients
• You will be a technical expert in our bespoke software products and be able to think quickly on your feet
• You will have the opportunity to investigate new technologies and integrate them into the product as and when they are required.
Requirements
• 2-3 years of Back-End Development experience with a PHP framework like Symfony or Laravel (We expect some framework experience with ORM integration)
• Experience with writing APIs
• Experience querying MySQL database and performance tuning the Database
• Front-end development experience with AngularJS or Angular is a plus.
• An understanding of mobile app development
• You love taking ownership of a technical problem and driving the solution
• You’re helpful and friendly, with both external customers and your internal colleagues
• You have excellent communication skills and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues here and in other location
