Key responsibilities Areas:
1. Hiring & on boarding:
a. Working closely with TA team and central on boarding team to hire and induct the account managers team as per the plan. Keep enhancing the process to improve the overall productivity
b. Ensure adherence to the Approved headcount and compensation guidelines
2. Capability Building : Collaborate with business and the functional learning partner to understand, design and execute the learning requirements (behavioural and functional) for the account managers
3. Organization culture:
· Cascade down the Organization culture and help the account managers imbibe and live the same
· To help create a high performance culture and come up with innovative ways to enable productivity enhancement for the account managers
4. Engagement & Career pathing
· Deep dive into the employee pulse survey (Amber) and do action planning accordingly
· Enable the career ladder for the account managers in line with their career aspirations
· Execute the Rewards and Recognition framework for the account managers
· Work closely with central team (business and HR) for engagement and retention of top talent
5. Exit Management : Streamline the exit interview process and do exit analysis to identify key observations/trends. Ensure timely closures on system for seamless exit/F&F process
6. Adherence to policies and processes:
a. Build a governance around the policy/process adherence
b. Deep dive and resolve any disciplinary/harassment/Code Of Conduct violation case
7. Daily operations:
a. Keep a track on the HRMS, analyse the trends and identify critical areas that need attention.
b. Partner with central team for any other miscellaneous requirements to support the account managers
c. Highlight any concern/exception situation in respective geographies to central team
d. Publish required (Exit, Amber etc.) dashboards at regular periods
Eligibility :
Skills : Problem solving, execution excellence, relationship building, collaboration, stakeholder management, an eye for detail, Excel/data management
Prefer a candidate who is passionate to work in a fast paced environment and has an entrepreneurial approach.
