Responsibilities and Duties
Good with Kids
Program: Our company curriculum scientifically reached program, will follow the age appropriate lessons and what to teach compound, Trainer conduct the PE classes and assessment at school for kids and generate report of the kids. Identifying strengths and weaknesses of kids.
Trainer: will follow How to teach compound in trainers training. 100 hr training for new trainers. This role includes undergoing a training in sports and understanding of the Rovers sportkids (Spark) curriculum and training methodologies and teaching children between age 3 - 16 years.
Equipment: we follow tool to teach compound, trainer should be Maintaining sports equipment at school.
Support: we believe once rovers sportkids always a rovers sportkids compound, Undertaking administrative tasks and reporting to the Head Office. And now to use sports technology (APP).
Attend all the important events of the respective schools like Parents Teacher Meeting, report days, sports days, other events etc
Assisting with sports promotion/development
Required Experience and Qualifications: Dped, Bped, Mped.
Sportsmen only – The candidate must have played sports with representation at District, State or National levels
Energetic - The coaches need to be very energetic while taking the sports session. .
Speaks English – The candidate has to conduct the classes in English at all its locations.
