Physician Assistant (PA)
Location: Mesa, AZ
Overview:
Our Physician Assistant role focuses on pulmonary care with an emphasis on chronic respiratory disease management. This position supports patients with conditions such as COPD, asthma, emphysema, and sleep apnea in an outpatient clinical setting. The role includes training in pulmonary function test interpretation and offers opportunities for both new graduates and experienced PAs.
Position Offers:
Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Base salary of $110,000–$120,000 per year plus quarterly production bonuses
Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage

Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays
$1,500 CME allowance
Licensing, DEA, and malpractice coverage provided
Structured training in pulmonary function testing
Key Responsibilities:
Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for patients with pulmonary and chronic respiratory conditions
Manage long-term care for patients with COPD, asthma, emphysema, and sleep apnea
Support clinical care planning and ongoing disease management
Interpret pulmonary function tests with training provided
Conduct patient assessments, follow-ups, and treatment adjustments
Collaborate with supervising physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes
Educate patients on disease management and treatment adherence
Document patient encounters accurately and maintain clinical records
Qualifications:
Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
New graduates or experienced providers welcome
Strong interest in pulmonary medicine and chronic disease management
Ability to interpret or willingness to learn pulmonary function testing
Strong communication and patient care skills
