Doctor Enrollment Process
Scheduling Doctor and Patient Appointments
LAB Investigation Appointments
Collecting Patient Medical History and Details
Coordination during Consultation
Taking Pharmacy Orders and Coordinating with
Pharmacist and Support Team
Coordinating with Home Care, Ambulance, and
Insurance
Call Centre Operations
Insurance Verification and Billing Assistance
Patient Assistance and Support
