Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Telehealth Physician to join our team and provide virtual care to male patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in men's health, including but not limited to, treating conditions like erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, obesity, and more. You will conduct telehealth visits, review lab results, and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring patients receive the highest level of care from the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct virtual consultations and follow-up appointments with male patients through our telehealth platform.
• Diagnose and treat conditions such as erectile dysfunction, low testosterone, weight management, hair loss, and more.
• Develop personalized care plans, including prescribing medications and coordinating lab work.
• Review and interpret lab results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide education and counseling on men's health topics such as ****** health, fitness, weight management, and disease prevention.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Collaborate with other physicians, specialists, and the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Follow evidence-based clinical guidelines and adhere to company policies and telemedicine protocols.
• Participate in quality assurance processes and stay updated on the latest research and trends in men's health.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Urology, Endocrinology, or related field.
• Licenses & Certifications:
• Active medical license in Hawaii
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a relevant specialty.
• DEA license.
• Experience:
• Experience in men’s health, including conditions like erectile dysfunction, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and weight management.
• Prior telemedicine experience is a plus but not required.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for virtual patient interactions.
• Proficiency in using telemedicine platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following HIPAA guidelines.
