Job Description
Our established PACE program, part of a large upstate New York health system, seeks an experienced Internal Medicine or Family Medicine trained physician to provide primary care to seniors.
With over 130 PACE programs nationwide, we deliver a unique payer/provider healthcare model that enables seniors to remain in their communities and delay or avoid nursing home placement.
As a primary care provider with our program, you will enjoy:
A low patient load, seeing just 3-5 patients per day as a full-time provider.

We offer a comprehensive salary and compensation package, which includes:
A competitive salary, ranging from $270,000 to $285,000.
To be eligible for this role, applicants must possess:
Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
A minimum of one year's experience caring for elderly populations.
A New York State medical license and DEA registration are also required.
Fellowship training in Geriatrics or Hospice & Palliative Care is highly valued but not mandatory.
