Responsibilities
• Mentoring and coaching students for CBSE + JEE (Adv. & Mains) /Olympiad/KVPY/ NTSE/SAT, using an offline Mode.
• Subject-related Counselling/Guidance sessions and Mentoring Programs
• Delivering academic and counseling sessions Offline & Preparing the lesson plans, delivering lectures, and engaging the students in the discussion process.
• Doubt clearing of students & providing them the best practice lessons for being efficient based on Diagnostic Tests.
• Conducting Demos (seminars, webinars, and inductions programs for students and parents) both abroad.
• Content Research/Development/Analytics i.e. Creating & Upgrading teaching material, sample papers, and study materials
• Conducting group discussions for students so they can solve the problems amongst themselves.
• Inspiring students, getting them into discussions and developing their skill sets.
• Training Fellow mates/Junior Consultants.
• Quality Checks

KEY SKILLS
· Sound Knowledge of Mathematics/Physics /Chemistry(FOUNDATION/IIT-JEE/NEET level)
· Passion for excellence in academics and being savvy with Computers and the Internet
· Inclination towards academics.
· Must possess strong conceptual and writing skills.
· Analytical, logical, and innovative mind
· Ability to explain complex concepts using simple language.
· Should have Pen Tablet.
· Excellent written verbal and communication skills
