Job Description
We are currently seeking a Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist, you'll provide specialized care, devise treatment plans, assess progress, and collaborate with doctors to enhance patients' well-being. Strong communication, autonomy, and a commitment to improving lives are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:-
➢ Meet and greet doctors on a daily basis, spending 4 hours in 2 clinics daily.
➢ Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each patient based on their
condition and needs.
➢ Communicate and coordinate with doctors to ensure a consistent level of care
for patients.
➢ Visit patients in their clinic after receiving advice from doctors.
➢ Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective
treatment combinations, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and
other modalities.
➢ Evaluate and report on patients' progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as
necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
➢ Assist administrative staff with billing and reporting inquiries related to patient
treatment.
➢ Perform on-field duties within doctors' clinics, serving two doctors per day.
Requirements and skills:-
● Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
● Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist in the relevant jurisdiction.
● Proven experience working as a physiotherapist, preferably in a clinical setting.
● Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with medical professionals and patients.
● Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions in the best interest
of patients.
● Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping.
● Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
● Willingness to travel between clinics and work flexible hours as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
