Job Description

Australian Sports Physiotherapy (ASP) is seeking a friendly, dependable & bubbly Part-time Receptionist to join our awesome team of Reception staff!

Current hours that need to be covered include:

Monday am, Wednesday am and Thursday full day - with the availability to scale around it.

Your duties will include:

Welcoming our clients warmly
Answering client calls and queries
Booking client appointments & Processing payments on eftpos machine.
Cash handling and reconciliation
General office/administration duties including timetabling and adjustments on practice software
Creating client Invoices and logging payments
Processing online Payments
Maintaining consultations rooms, supplies and reception area
Liaising with various levels of healthcare professionals including general practice and specialist rooms.
General admin duties as required
Opening and closing the clinic
Protecting and Practice privacy and patient confidentiality at all times

Requirements:

Excellent front line and phone etiquette, empathetic and friendly attitude towards clients
Core values including honesty and integrity
Basic administration skills (receipting, photocopying, email & be computer literate)
Team player and able to follow instructions and work unsupervised
Independently commute to work in our main office in Ivanhoe
Immaculate presentation
Excellent communication skills
Previous administrative and reception experience is preferable
Positive, enthusiastic and a genuine love of working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism
Excellent phone etiquette, empathetic and friendly attitude towards patients, and a high level of organisational skills while working within a small team, will be advantageous to your success in the position.
