Job Description
We're seeking a part-time / contract piano teacher to provide individual and group instruction at Annie Bonsignore Studios, located in Milton ON! We've been operating the teaching studio for 5 years, and i'm ready to grow with a piano offering to add to my voice coaching and group ukulele & guitar classes.
The owner of the school is a lifelong musician with 20+ years of teaching experience, in addition to having a career as a performer and songwriter. She is also a mother of 2, and currently teaches 5 days a week.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years prior teaching experience
Experience with teaching kids as young as 5, up to adults
Vulnerable Sector Police Check
An RCM 8 (or equivalent) playing and theory level
Able to teach a range of repertoire and genres, including classical & pop
References from past students or schools
Hiring for January / February 2026, hours / days are flexible and dependent on enrolment.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 10 per week
Education:
Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
teaching: 3 years (required)
Work Location: In person
