Muniverse Classroom is a vibrant and welcoming space dedicated to teaching piano to students of all ages and skill levels. From young beginners as early as 3.5 years old to advanced adult learners, the classroom provides tailored lessons designed to nurture a lifelong love for music while developing strong piano skills, including one-on-one session and group class.

Job Type: Subcontract, Casual
Work location: in person
Pay : From $25-30 per hour, with additional bonuses based on student load grows, teaching performance, commitment, and student progress.
Schedule:
Afternoon shift
Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
Priority given to applicants who can commit from Monday to Friday
Requirements:
Maintain the highest standards of punctuality, responsibility, and personal presentation.
At least 8 years of instrumental or music theory practice. Experience with AMEB,ABRSM or other music examination. Working experience with children is highly preferred, such as Afterschool care, kingdergartens or primary schools, private tutoring or musical schools.
Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly and fun personality. Abundant patience is required. Being able to clearly explain ideas and translate knowledge into a way that others can understand.
Ability to communicate well with parents, and excellent verbal communication skills.
Actively support our events, including annual concerts and community events, as part of a cohesive teaching team.
Strong ability to teach and engage students in a positive, fun-loving manner.
Enjoy working with music students of all ages, backgrounds and ability.
Working with Vulunerable People Check (can be arranged after interview).
Teachers must be able to work a minimum of 2 shifts . Shifts can be based around your availability, however they must be the same shifts each week.
