- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure that all digital properties are visually appealing and engaging
- Troubleshoot and debug website and other digital property issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies
- Develop and implement processes and systems to streamline web development operations

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science, web development, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in web development, with a focus on digital marketing
- Strong understanding of web development languages and tools, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS systems
- Experience with search engine optimization (SEO) best practices and techniques
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tactics, including email marketing, social media advertising, and paid search advertising
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
