Job Overview
Role: Sr. Developer – STIBO
Location: Mumbai, Hybrid
General Mills Digital & Technology department is developing a best-in-class Product Content
Management capability - this will help General Mills to reduce time to market the products and
play pivotal role to accelerate growth of ecommerce channel. Product Information Capabilities
team is seeking a Senior Developer STIBO, that will play the critical role of linking business
objectives to core technological capabilities. This role will drive organized and effective
requirements to build and enhance the STIBO solution. They will be responsible for partnering
with the business analyst to collect the requirements from business, establishing processes, and
coordinating the work with our technical development team. This team member will be
responsible for the overall STIBO solution which will consist of designing, development, support,
and upgrades. Individual should be able to grow and inspire the team's technical skills and keep up
with the technological paradigm shift.
