• 10th/12th Pass (Minimum).• Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in warehouse operations.• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.• Basic reading and understanding of English/Hindi.

• Job Type: Full-time, Fresher• Pay: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month• Work Location: Noida (Flipkart Warehouse)• Schedule: Day/Night shift (rotational), 6 days a week• Supplemental Pay: Overtime + Performance Incentives
