Job Summary: CCPP Piping Engineering Responsible Engineer(Senior Engineer, 1 PJT Unit Leading)
Key Responsibilities
• Piping design of projects from the conceptual phase through design completion for project needs and requirements that are set forth by the project managers
• Prepare piping specifications and data sheets, Request for Qualifications (RFQ's), technical bid summaries, and purchase recommendations
• Review drawings and documents of other engineering disciplines
• Review equipment vendor drawings; data interface with suppliers, clients other engineering disciplines, detailers, designers
• 3D Modeling Review and Management
• Preparing Piping technical bid proposal work for projects, understanding importance of Client needs and scope of work
• Preparing Equipment Handling Strategy
Knowledge:
(a) Combined Cycle Power Plant EPC Project Process
(b) Mechanical Engineering for Power Plant
(c) Piping Engineering(Material, Layout, Stress, 3D Modeling)
(d)International Code & Standard - ASME, API, AWWA
(e) Competency in CAD utilization
(f) Finite Element Modelling
(g) Dynamic Analysis
