The Princess Victoria on Uxbridge Road are looking for an experienced pizza chef to join their passionate kitchen team. We use electric ovens and make our own dough on site.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas, ensuring high-quality standards in food preparation and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction.
The candidates should:
have at least 6 months experience in a busy pizza section of kitchen
be able to work alone, we only have one pizza chef on each shift
have a passion for seasonal food and produce
possess a positive attitude and good communication skills
have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation
