Job Description
Need a cook for a Salad Bar and Cafe.
Chef needs to cutting, chopping, vegetables.
Chef needs to be proficient in making salads.
Shall be responsible for the operation of salad section.
Shall be responsible for maintaining hygiene of his area of work.
Shall be responsible for maintaining quality standards and complying with the recipe.
Shall be responsible for food safety compliance.
Shall assist in the administration of the kitchen.
Requirements
• Shall have experience in working in a salad bar or continental kitchen based food and beverage outlet.
• Shall be able to work independently to ensure quality of product.
• Desirable candidate has passed high school.
• Shall have Hands-on experience with preparing salads
• Shall be familiarity with professional kitchen equipment.
• Shall have flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings
