Responsibilities
Safely operate your own vehicle to transport orders to customers across designated routes.
Ensure timely delivery of hot and fresh pizzas while maintaining the quality and presentation of each order.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and addressing any concerns professionally.
Load and unload deliveries efficiently using appropriate
Navigate routes effectively using GPS or route maps, optimizing delivery times and ensuring accuracy.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of your delivery vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during route driving to ensure safe deliveries at all times.
Communicate with the restaurant team regarding delivery status, delays, or customer feedback to ensure seamless service.
Dishwashing is part of this position.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably in food service or retail environments.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude.
Comfortable performing heavy lifting and moving items safely and efficiently.
Familiarity with route driving, GPS navigation, and time management skills to meet delivery deadlines.
