If you are a Speechie looking for an in-clinic role, come and join our MDT team based in Shailer Park. Benefit from support from our Senior Speechies and the Leadership team.

Speech Pathology caseload:
We offer assessment and intervention across a diverse caseload, including speech, language, literacy, fluency, feeding, developmental delay, social skills, stuttering, school readiness and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our speech pathology team is neuro-affirming and supports children of all different learning profiles and presentations.
Highlights of Working at Pepper Kids:
Paid Parental Leave - up to 12 weeks additional paid parental leave to support parent's success both at work and at home
Clinic-based role - work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of experienced practitioners, not out of the boot of your car on your own
️ Annual leave - up to 5 weeks per year, including a week of bonus leave
Career progression - leadership opportunities on offer
PD - up to 4 days PD leave per year / $3,000 budget and regular in-service PD and monthly masterclasses
Support - work alongside the team in a dedicated clinic room, with calendared 1:1 supervision & fortnightly peer supervision
️ MDT - Collaborate with other allied health professionals (occupational therapits and psychologists)
✈ Autonomy - full control over your calendar, see clients in clinic or the community, & dedicated admin time
️ Admin - our client services support team handles all things admin, including client waitlist and all bookings
Enjoy a diverse caseload - work with children aged 0-18, and build your caseload according to your strengths and interests
