Role Description
This full-time, on-site Manager position is based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining loan advisory operations, nurturing relationships with financial institutions, and leading a team to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, ensuring seamless end-to-end loan processes, developing strategies for business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Manager will also ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and foster a culture of collaboration and efficiency within the team.
Qualifications
• Expertise in financial services, loan advisory, and mortgage solutions
• Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Excellent customer relationship management and client counseling abilities
• Knowledge of financial products, documentation processes, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in strategic planning and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Relevant experience in banking, finance, or loan services
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area
