Job Description
1. Ensure 100% placement of the certified students along with the supporting documents according to the scheme.2. Participate in educational events, Job Fairs, College fests, Recruitment activities, and information sessions as a representative of ADS Foundation.3. Ensure that the resumes are made by the students are in the standard format and presentable to the industry.4. Organizing the interview i.e. on-campus, Walk-in Interview. Ensuring all the arrangements related to on-campus is a part of his responsibility.5. Coordinate the interview schedules among the students & industry in case of On-campus and Walk-ins.6. Ensure to collect the feedback from the company about the student after the interview.7. Ensure to collect a copy of the offer letter that the student received from the industry and send a congratulatory letter.8. Ensure to collect a testimonials from the students who got placed in the industry and share the same with the Marketing team and billing/MIS team.+. Maintain the placement tracking docket with the right reports and formats.10. General follow-up, joining formalities, and other administrative activities should be done for the students. -Industrial Exposure-Willing to travel-Communication Skill
