Placement Officer

The Centre for Management Development (CMD), Kerala is seeking qualified candidates to fill 2 Placement Officer positions! This is a contractual opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization that plays a vital role in developing talent in the state.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting graduates with career planning and job placement.

• Liaising with companies to identify job opportunities.

• Organizing job fairs and career counseling workshops.

• Shortlisting and interviewing candidates.

• Maintaining placement records and reports.

Qualifications:

• A postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Social Work, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in placement or related field.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Strong computer literacy.
