In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Coordinates the logistical support required for delivering training and development programs, assists with needs analysis, audience analysis and tasks analysis.
• Contributes to the planning and implementation of training and development programs.
• Prepares instructional materials including participant guides, presentations. (process documents, control plans).
• Maintains records and reports on individual and group training progress using common tools and systems, implements evaluation plans and prepares evaluation reports.
• Gathers data and information required improvement recommendations.
• Supports learning and development activities, instructor-led events and e-learning, including communication, scheduling events, facilitators, employees, vendors and facilities, and coordinating materials and conference room logistics.
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Working towards a degree in Business management or Supply chain related field.
• Excellent IT Skills, in particular Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint (Access and Visio beneficial)
• Previous experience in a Training role would be beneficial.
• Ability to understand process flows and create process documentation, manage workload effectively, works well as part of a team.
