Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of 8 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation
Strong knowledge of the civil litigation process, particularly in the area of plaintiff personal injury
Excellent legal writing skills with experience in drafting pleadings, briefs, and discovery materials
Strong understanding of court practices and requirements in state and federal court
Familiarity with all phases of the discovery process, including disclosures, production, and interrogatories
Proficiency in conducting thorough and accurate legal research
Experience with Electronic Filing Systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
Commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as part of a team

Responsibilities

You will be involved in a range of tasks including drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, assisting with discovery, and managing case files
Provide comprehensive paralegal support to our attorneys in personal injury litigation cases
