Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Budget planning, vendor finalisation, and arrangement checklists for seamless event execution.
• Draft and share posters, email content, WhatsApp announcements, and event reminders.
• Coordinate with the tech team to ensure all communication is sent on time.
• Collect photos and videos from events for social media and other content purposes.
• Organise and lead calls with city teams to discuss planning, execution, and feedback for events.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-1 year in community management, event planning, operations, or a similar role. We are looking for someone who has strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle various priorities. You should also have an analytical mindset for tracking leads, managing data, and preparing reports. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for content creation and collaboration are essential. Additionally, you should be able to plan and execute events, manage vendors, and track budgets effectively. A flexible and adaptable attitude towards fast-paced work environments is required. Finally, being a team player with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset is crucial for this role.
