This newly created role supports the Intermediated leadership team within Technology& Operations. It blends planning and coordination with vendor and commercial management, financial administration, and governance cadence to enable effective planning, reporting and budgeting cycles. This role suits someone who enjoys bringing structure to complex environments and improving how work gets done. It provides a strong foundation for future pathways in governance, program coordination, business management or operational leadership.This is a permanent full-time role based in Naarm (Melbourne).
What You'll Do
Support senior leaders by coordinating priorities, preparing briefs and maintaining strong operational rhythm across key activities. Maintain planning views across programs, ensuring inputs, milestones and resourcing needs are accurate and up to date. Coordinate vendor and commercial processes including SoWs, POs, invoicing validation and spend tracking. Run governance cadences including monthly and quarterly reviews, tracking actions and supporting leadership forums. Organise documentation, templates and artefacts to ensure information is accessible, consistent and easy to work with.
What You'll Bring
Experience in a project coordination or operational coordination role within a complex environment. Strong organisation, follow through and ability to manage multiple moving parts. Experience with planning, resource coordination, budgeting, invoicing, SoWs and vendor processes. Ability to work closely with senior leaders, anticipate needs and handle sensitive information with judgement. Ability to support senior leaders and handle sensitive information with good judgement. Comfortable with ambiguity and able to find practical ways to progress work. Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint and Excel is essential
