The successful candidate will be responsible for providing agile coaching to several work streams, defining and managing consistent demand management across those teams, and building and maintaining a single overarching roadmap across our organization.Key Responsibilities:Design the model for delivering data analytics change for the Bank, applying (pragmatically) ‘scaled agile’ principles, identifying high level changes to process, use of tools, and any changes to people / roles and responsibilities to adopt the new modelWork closely with cross-functional teams to understand and facilitate the documentation of their needs and requirements Provide coaching and guidance to teams on agile methodologies, tools, and techniques, and help them develop and implement their agile practicesDevelop and maintain an overarching roadmap that reflects the priorities and dependencies of all work streams and projects across the organisationCollaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritise demand across teams, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic objectives and prioritiesMonitor and report on the progress of features and epics against the roadmapHelp teams surface and problem solve issues and dependenciesFacilitate meetings and workshops to support planning and delivery, and ensure effective communication and collaboration across teamsIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes and practices, and support the adoption of continuous improvement practicesSet the focus for and manage the Digital Insight Analyst to derive actionable insight from our tools on the delivery of data analytics changesIf you are passionate about driving transformational change through agile practices and have a proven track record of success in planning and delivery, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Role RequirementsMinimum Criteria Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or relevant mix of education, qualifications and practical experience.Extensive experience in agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean or equivalentAccreditation in an agile framework or discipline, for example scrum or SAFe or equivalentEssential CriteriaExperience in coaching and mentoring teams on agile practices and principlesStrong experience in demand management, road-mapping, and strategic planningExperience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersExcellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skillsExperience of complex transformation, with a data analytics, technology or digital elementExperience shaping, producing and or delivering communication of business change to stakeholdersExperience of working flexibly and concurrently across several activities or business domainsExperience influencing diverse stakeholder groups and driving pragmatic decisionsExperience planning delivery of change and / or defining a roadmap for change, and managing delivery of those plans / roadmapsDesirable CriteriaFinancial services and / or public sector experience or equivalentExperience of user journey mapping and / or service designExperience with JIRA, Confluence and Miro (or other whiteboarding tools)#LI-RA2QualificationsOur Approach to InclusionThe Bank values diversity, equity and inclusion. We encourage flexible working, part time working and job share arrangements. Part time salary and benefits will be on a pro-rated basis as appropriate.In addition, we also offer a comprehensive benefits package as detailed below:• A non-contributory, career average pension giving you a guaranteed retirement benefit of 1/+5th of your annual salary for every year worked. There is the option to increase your pension (to 1/50th) or decrease (to 1/120th) in exchange for salary through our flexible benefits programme each year.• A discretionary performance award based on a current award pool.• A 7% benefits allowance with the option to take as salary or purchase a wide range of flexible benefits. (Note that from April 2026 and for the Benefits year 2026/24, this will increase to 8%) • 26 days’ annual leave with option to buy up to 12 additional days through flexible benefits. • Private medical insurance and income protection.National Security Vetting ProcessEmployment in this role will be subject to the National Security Vetting clearance process (and typically can take between 6 to 12 weeks post offer) and the passing of additional Bank security checks in accordance with the Bank policy.
