The Role
Our specialist Planning and Environment team are looking for an enthusiastic junior Lawyer to join the team in our Brisbane office. The team benefits from a strong and consistent pipeline of work and represent predominately high-end developers and large land-owning clients and also act on behalf of some long-term Council clients.
You will work closely with the Partner and experienced senior lawyers across a wide range of planning and environment law matters. The role involves a client facing role with a healthy mix of advice and litigation work in an established and regarded practice.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least one years’ legal experience ideally gained in a reputable planning and environment practice. Alternatively, candidates with at least 1-year PQE with a genuine interest in developing a practice in planning and environment law are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will have a professional approach and strong communication skills You will have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, and have good attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines.
